1. Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and unworn.
All original tags must still be attached.
It must be in the original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase or order receipt.
Items returned without prior approval from our support team will not be accepted.
3. How to Start a Return

We will send you a return shipping label.
You will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.
4. Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. Contact us straight away if:
Your item arrives damaged or defective
You received the wrong product
We will evaluate and make it right as quickly as possible.
5. Non‑Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded. These include:
Customized or personalized watches
Sale items or gift cards
Final sale items
Items showing signs of wear or use
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product:
Return the original item through the return process.
Place a new order for the item you prefer.
7. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your return:
We will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
